- Following President von der Leyen’s proposal for a common digital plan towards 2030, endorsed by the European Council, this Communication aims to provide a vision of what a successful digital transformation means for Europeans by 2030. It will include a clear ambition based on common targets, digital principles serving people, a framework to foster scaling up European strategic capacities with multi-country projects, a governance structure and actions to engage with citizens.
