In this section, you can find national case-law and national case-law references in the field of European Union law. They are mainly from EU Member States, but also from non-EU countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom). Some of the documents in this collection are also referenced in the JURE collection of EUR-Lex.


You will find these documents and references accompanied by a rich legal analysis and links to related information.


The title of the case is only available in the original language of the judgment. Keywords are available in French and English.

Bibliographic information and search functionalities are available in all official EU languages.
