European Parliament decision of 15 June 2010 on the setting up and numerical strength of the Delegation to the CARIFORUM-EU Parliamentary Committee

The European Parliament,

having regard to the Constituent Act of 29 December 2008 of the CARIFORUM-EU Parliamentary Committee,

having regard to Rule 198 of its Rules of Procedure,

1.

Decides to set up a Delegation to the CARIFORUM-EU Parliamentary Committee;

2.

Decides that the numerical strength of the delegation shall be 15 full members;

3.

Decides that nine members shall be taken from the Committee on International Trade and six from the Committee on Development;

4.

Instructs its President to forward this decision to the Council and the Commission for information.
