Notice for the attention of ‘Voice of Europe’, ‘RIA Novosti’, ‘Izvestija’ and ‘Rossiiskaja Gazeta’, regarding their inclusion in Council Decision 2014/512/CFSP and Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine

The Council included the abovementioned entities in Annex IX to Council Decision 2014/512/CFSP (1) and in Annex XV to Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 (2) concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine with the view to applying these measures as from 25 June 2024 subject to a decision by the Council after examination of the relevant facts.

The entities concerned are hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain the information related to such inclusion to the following address, before 27 May 2024:
