On page 42, in Article 45(7):

for:

‘7.

 misuse of data, Member States, Europol and the European Border and Coast Guard Agency shall ensure that penalties are imposed in accordance with Article 59’,

read:

‘7.

 Where a security incident is caused by the misuse of data, Member States, Europol and the European Border and Coast Guard Agency shall ensure that penalties are imposed in accordance with Article 59.’.
