Les délégations de la Commission des Communautés européennes et du Canada ont achevé leurs négociations , au titre de l'article II 5 , en vue de compenser la réduction de la portée de la concession relative aux pistolets pour lumière-éclair visée à la liste V découlant de la décision de la Commission tarifaire , du 17 mai 1965 , concernant le classement des appareils électroniques pour la production de la lumière-éclair .
