DECISIONE DELLA COMMISSIONE

del 28 settembre 1983

recante modifica dell'elenco degli stabilimenti della Nuova Zelanda in provenienza dai quali è autorizzata l'importazione di carni fresche nella Comunità

LA COMMISSIONE DELLE COMUNITÀ EUROPEE,

visto il trattato che istituisce la Comunità economica europea,

vista la direttiva 72/462/CEE del Consiglio, del 12 dicembre 1972, relativa a problemi sanitari e di polizia sanitaria all'importazione di animali della specie bovina e suina in provenienza dai paesi terzi (1), modificata da ultimo dalla direttiva 83/91/CEE (2), in particolare l'articolo 4, paragrafo 1, e l'articolo 18, paragrafo 1, lettere a) e b),

considerando che l'elenco degli stabilimenti della Nuova Zelanda in provenienza dai quali è autorizzata l'importazione nella Comunità di carni fresche è stato stabilito inizialmente dalla decisione 83/402/CEE della Commissione (3);

considerando che, dopo aver ricevuto assicurazioni ufficiali relative alle trasformazioni effettuate in alcuni stabilimenti che erano stati soggetti ad ispezione comunitaria, questi stabilimenti offrono sufficienti garanzie d'igiene e che quindi possono essere aggiunti al suddetto elenco;

considerando che è inoltre necessario modificare in conseguenza l'elenco degli stabilimenti;

considerando che le misure previste dalla presente decisione sono conformi al parere del comitato veterinario permanente,

HA ADOTTATO LA PRESENTE DECISIONE:

Articolo 1

L'allegato della decisione 83/402/CEE è sostituito dall'allegato della presente decisione.

Articolo 2

Gli Stati membri sono destinatari della presente decisione.
